What?
The National Adult Literacy Agency is launching a
campaign to ensure that information for the public is written in plain English.
Speakers include Inez Bailey, NALA Director; Peter Tyndall, Ombudsman; and Karen O'Leary, Chief Executive of the National Consumer Agency. We will also provide a
training session on how to introduce plain English into your organisation.
