Pensions Ombudsman praises the NALA Plain English Mark

On ‘Morning Ireland’ Wednesday 25 July Pensions Ombudsman Paul Kenny praised NALA’s Plain English Mark. His office was recently awarded our Mark for their new booklet ‘What the Pensions Ombudsman can do for you’. The booklet went through our editing and review process and will help people better understand pensions and improve the pensions’ complaint process.
